Troubleshoot

  • Please contact sales team at sales@manageengine.com to renew your license.
  • Stop ManageEngine OpManager service.
  • Open command prompt using administrator privilege.
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\OpManager\bin directory.
  • Execute run.bat
  • Please upload valid license file in the License Registration panel.
  • Start ManageEngine OpManager service.
